A full body Pilates workout that flows from head to toe. This is our signature class focusing on strength, mobility and flexibility.

Then this restorative class is for you.

 

Tap into your inner self through breathing and mindfulness all while working on increasing your flexibility and mobility with the use of foam rollers and self release techniques in a very chilled out environment.

MUMS & BUBS

Come move with your little one in a small group Reformer Pilates class

 

This Postpartum reformer Pilates class is a great introductory to get you moving again and rebuilding that strength.

 

This class is run by experienced Pilates instructors who have training in teaching pre and post natal classes.

 

No lock in contracts and a cheap casual fee of $20

LIFTING CLASSES

Our strength and conditioning class. A class that not only gets you strong, but physically and mentally fit as well, surrounded by likeminded people. Our classes are based around the major lifts with a big emphasis on technique that is right for you. We combine our strength component of the class with conditioning, high intensity metabolic conditioning and/or accessory work to assist our major lifts and body composition.

 

Classes are programmed over a 12 week period with different phases of training. Incorporating Strength, gaining lean muscle, pre-habilitation, fat loss and mobility.

 

These classes are for anyone who wants to get strong, fit and healthy. You don’t have to have any past lifting experience however we do have a screening process.

SWEAT

45 MINS

45 minutes high intensity work out.

Think cardio, think Bootcamp! Maximum movement with minimal rest periods.

METCON

30 MINS

Otherwise known as Metabolic Conditioning. Prepare to sweat, drop body fat, increase lean muscle and get fit.

 

A Metcon is made up of numerous exercises in short bouts with high intensity and minimal rest. These classes go no more than 30mins. 

MOBILITY

Our goal is to move our joints as freely as possible through full range of motion to optimise performance and health. This class is all about mobility. This class is a great addition to any of the TM classes and is programmed accordingly to what is on in our strength classes.

 

MEDITATION

30 MINS

"Balance, it’s not something you find

it’s something you create”

Yin helps you create that balance, that calmness by finding stillness both in the body and mind. Holding a series of 9 or so poses for longer periods of time (3-5mins) penetrating deep into the connective tissue, invigorating the energy centres of the body which helps release blockages and increase your energy flow.

Observe, nurture, soothe and calm yourself in this beautiful practice. A beneficial addition to your training on those recovery days.

YIN YOGA

1 HOUR

Get comfy, close your eyes and just be! Guided by one of our very talented teachers they will help you build skills to manage stress, gain new and positive perspective on life situations, become self-aware and focus on the present.

 

Not only will you leave this guided mediation with a new positive outlook on those stressful situations but pay attention to that imagination and watch those creative juices start flowing.

 

These classes take time to adapt the more you practice the more you benefit.
