At Total Movement, our Small Group Training sessions are designed to build strength, improve conditioning, and support long-term movement health – without unnecessary impact or ego lifting. Every class is coached, purposeful, and scalable for all fitness levels.

Strength + Lift

Build strength that supports your body – not just muscle.

Our Strength + Lift sessions focus on developing lean muscle and full-body strength using sub-maximal lifts. This means we prioritise quality movement, time under tension, and controlled intensity rather than chasing heavy weights and low reps.

Strength doesn’t mean bulky – it means:

  • Stronger muscles around your joints
  • Better stability under load
  • Improved resilience and injury prevention
  • Strength that supports real-life movement

All strength sessions are programmed to first strengthen connective tissue, helping reduce the risk of injury and create a solid foundation for long-term results.

Conditioning (Hybrid / Hyrox-Style)

Sweaty. Fun. Functional.

Our Conditioning sessions are inspired by Cross Fitness, Bootcamp-style training, and Hybrid/Hyrox-style workouts. Expect a mix of lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and occasionally throwing.

These sessions are designed to:

  • Elevate your heart rate
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness
  • Increase overall work capacity
  • Complement your Strength sessions for a balanced training week

We also incorporate Metabolic Conditioning (Metcon), which is designed to increase your energy expenditure even at rest – helping you burn more energy beyond the session itself.

TRX PLUS - Core Suspension Training

Low impact. High core focus. Serious results.

TRX PLUS combines suspension training with Pilates-inspired movements to create an all-in-one class that targets core strength, stability, and control.

Using straps and props, this class focuses on:
