Complete 20 class in the month of February and go in the chance to win some totally amazing prizes.
You have access to all of our classes on the Total Movement timetable. Strength & conditioning, Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Sweat and Straps. you will also have access to our Saturday wellness workshops. Nutrition, Recovery, training and more.
We encourage you to try to do a mix of Strength classes and Pilates classes to experience the full benefits of the Total Movement experience.
