Total Movement is built on three core pillars:
Private Coaching for those wanting a tailored approach
SemiPrivate Coaching for small groups (1:4)
Small Group Training for a fun and social experience (1:15).

Clients can blend private, semi-private, and small group training based on their goals, schedule, and preferences.

Initially, we have:
Introductory Personal Training (3x sessions) or
Introductory Small Group Sessions (30 Days)
To get a true understanding of your needs, we require a minimum 90-day commitment after the introductory offer. It allows us to tailor the training and guidance required to achieve your goals.
