  • We have a team of highly qualified and experienced trainers who use a personalised approach to help our clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

    We prioritise safety, sustainability, and long-term results, and we have a track record of success with clients from all backgrounds and fitness levels.

  • We start with health assessments, mobility profiling and movement analysis.

    This information is used to create a personalised training protocols that are tailored to your specific needs and goals.

  • Total Movement is built on three core pillars:

    1. Private Coaching for those wanting a tailored approach

    2. SemiPrivate Coaching for small groups (1:4)

    3. Small Group Training for a fun and social experience (1:15).

  • Clients can blend private, semi-private, and small group training based on their goals, schedule, and preferences.

  • Initially, we have:

    1. Introductory Personal Training (3x sessions) or

    2. Introductory Small Group Sessions (30 Days)

    To get a true understanding of your needs, we require a minimum 90-day commitment after the introductory offer. It allows us to tailor the training and guidance required to achieve your goals.
