We want to encourage people of all walks of life to incorporate and experience all types of movement in their everyday life and this doesn’t just include the body we also want you to include the mind and the soul. Our goal is to also create movement throughout this wonderful industry through our clients and our staff hosting seminars and workshops and the occasional community catch up.

I saw a gap in the Health & Fitness Industry and wanted to bridge that gap. Coaches, Instructors and allied health professionals working together to create change for the better.
I have worked in a gym as a Coach and worked in a studio as a Pilates Instructor, but I wanted to bring these two worlds together plus so much more. I wanted to offer clients a wide variety of different modalities of movement. Strength, Pilates, Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition and so much more all under the one roof in a fun, friendly and fearless space.
This space is not only for clients but a place for coaches, instructors and health professionals to come together, educate and make change for the better in this amazing industry.
Total Movement is just that! Movement in every aspect of life, Education, Mindset, nutrition, exercise and community.

With over 20 years in the industry as a gym instructor, who became a Personal Trainer, a Club Owner and now a Movement Specialist, my soul purpose was to create an environment that brought great Coaches and Instructors together to helps people move safely, pain free, fearless and confident.
With a wealth of information readily available on the Health and Fitness industry (maybe too much information) why have we become so out of touch with ourselves. We should striving to become the best version of ourselves but we aren’t really listening to our bodies along the way. We must strive to better understand what it feels to be fit, healthy and strong, both mind and body. Total Movement offers you the tools and guidance to do just that.
We have created a home that helps you repair through movement, nutrition, community and education all while having fun along the way.
