One-on-One Personal Training

Your goals, your pace, all eyes on you. Our one-on-one sessions are perfect for anyone wanting intensive support, detailed coaching and measurable progress. Whether you’re training for performance, coming back from injury, or just ready for a stronger you, this is where it starts.

  • Dedicated time with your coach

  • Ongoing assessment and progress tracking

Semi-Private Coaching (1:2, 1:3, 1:4)

Small group, big impact. Train with up to three others who are on a similar path, with enough individual attention to keep things personal and enough group energy to keep things fun.

  • Supportive environment with shared momentum
  • More cost-effective while still highly personalised

Founder

Founder and movement specialist with over 20 years in the fitness industry. Tone created Total Movement as a place where real coaching meets real people. His mission? To help you move pain-free, feel strong, and live fully – in body and mind.

Ross brings over 20 years of experience working across sports, including rugby, cricket, and netball. With qualifications in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Management, and Speed & Agility, Ross focuses on building strong, resilient athletes through tailored programming and a long-term development mindset.

With 13 years of experience in high-performance sport, Joey brings a science-based, athlete-focused coaching approach. Backed by a degree in Exercise Science and experience across elite sports, he empowers people to grow through challenge and build long-term performance.

Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Kate is a yoga and Pilates instructor with 8 years of yoga and 7 years of Pilates experience. She combines breath-led flow with functional movement, helping clients build strength, awareness and balance in every session.

Adam Fullbrabe

Strength & Conditioning Coach | Strongman Athlete | Future Champions Program Lead

Adam is a nationally ranked strongman and expert strength and conditioning coach, known for his grit, discipline, and deep knowledge of biomechanics and athletic development.

At Total Movement, Adam works with clients of all levels, combining proven training methodologies with personalised programming. He also leads the Future Champions Program, helping young athletes build strength, resilience, and confidence through structured, age-appropriate training.
