Tony Merrick

Founder

With over 20 years in the industry, Tony brings a rare depth of knowledge and a powerful mission: to help people move pain-free, fearless and confident. His vision for Total Movement? A place where the noise of the fitness industry is stripped back, and real, sustainable health becomes accessible.

Faye Sheridan

Co-Owner

A personal trainer with over a decade of experience and a specialist in women’s integrative health, Faye’s coaching is grounded, nurturing and focused on the whole person. She’s a champion of balanced strength and health at every stage of life.

Ross Beckett

Strength & Conditioning Coach

Ross brings over 20 years of experience working across sports, including rugby, cricket, and netball. With qualifications in Strength and Conditioning, Sports Management, and Speed & Agility, Ross focuses on building strong, resilient athletes through tailored programming and a long-term development mindset.

Joey Rotundo

Strength & Conditioning Coach

With 13 years of experience in high-performance sport, Joey brings a science-based, athlete-focused coaching approach. Backed by a degree in Exercise Science and experience across elite sports, he empowers people to grow through challenge and build long-term performance.

Kate Brown

Yoga & Pilates Instructor

Kate is a yoga and Pilates instructor with 8 years of yoga and 7 years of Pilates experience. She combines breath-led flow with functional movement, helping clients build strength, awareness and balance in every session.

Adam Fullbrabe

Strength & Conditioning Coach | Strongman Athlete | Future Champions Program Lead

Adam is a nationally ranked strongman and expert strength and conditioning coach, known for his grit, discipline, and deep knowledge of biomechanics and athletic development.

At Total Movement, Adam works with clients of all levels, combining proven training methodologies with personalised programming. He also leads the Future Champions Program, helping young athletes build strength, resilience, and confidence through structured, age-appropriate training.

Coach Chilli Dog

Director of First Impressions & Mood Manager

For over two years, Chilli has been the heart (and tail) of Total Movement. Officially titled Director of First Impressions, she’s the first to greet you at the door and the last to judge your form. Whether she’s providing emotional support mid-squat, inspecting equipment with her teeth, or testing nap zones for mat comfort, Chilli keeps spirits high and stress levels low. Key responsibilities include quality control via strategic lounging, emotional regulation, and theft of booty bands for “research”.
